Quality Plan
A quality plan is defined at the beginning of your vision. Our quality plan incorporates the milestones with a clear and concise timeframe. The plan also provides the right resources and documentation necessary to communicate to your stakeholders at every stage in the process that directs your organization and ETUTSA to the next step-recommendations.
Recommendations
Recommendations include comprehensive, yet concise information on solution option(s) identified, design of solution (if required), financial and commercial measures as well as the internal and external impacts that these options may incur.
How Are We Doing?
Regular Surveys
Maximizing knowledge means learning from feedback and advice given to us by your stakeholder team. Regular interval surveying is done to enhance the experience for everyone and to ensure that communication is open.
Standards
We compare ourselves to the competition, but more importantly to the demands of our customers. Customer's needs change constantly due to the demands of your customers, and it's important for us to listen.
